I apologize for my lack of engagement. I’ve been doing the best I can for the moment. I went to the book signing. I’ve been trying to update my social media. However, I admit I have not updated my YouTube page in quite a while. I have hardly written anything, but a page or two very sporadically. I’m still recovering, and I hope you can understand that this will take quite some time to get over. I miss my friends and family, and I don’t want to neglect anything important.
The next book signing isn’t until February, so I have time. But I also know that this can take several weeks to recover from. I have several projects I’ve been working on that are now on the back burner (sorry!). I hope to be back to my normal self soon, but I also know that I’m lucky my reaction was not more severe than it was.
In the meantime, here is a photo of Sophie comforting me while I’m ill. She needs a haircut, but she’s still adorable. ❤
