Recent updates

I’m still very ill, and I haven’t been able to do as much as I’d like. I’m still waiting on test results, which could be a while (there were a LOT of tests). So, until then, I’ve just been managing the pain and discomfort by sleeping, which isn’t the best thing most of the time, but I can hardly stay awake. Hopefully the results won’t take an extraordinarily long time, but I know it will be longer than I want.

On top of this, my glasses came back with a very narrow middle range, and I can’t even read a line of 12 point text on my monitor. I’m using the old ones and getting headaches, so I can’t write as much as I’d prefer. Instead, I can do a small amount of revisions per day, but that’s about it. I’ve done some work on my latest book, and I am about halfway through the sequel, if I ever get my health issues straightened out.

Hopefully, I can take my glasses to have the lab attempt to remake them. I can’t imagine this isn’t a defect. So, if I’m ever feeling well enough to drive over there, I need to do so. I also have a doctor appointment Friday, but this one is unrelated to the tests that were done. However, it is still very necessary and might help to some degree. Fingers crossed!

I apologize that I haven’t kept up with the updates as often as I’d like. I want to. Believe me. This is about a health situation and nothing more.
