Even though this is not publishing related, I can only say that things have been stressful lately at home. Bad news keeps coming, and I still don’t know how this will turn out. Fingers crossed for my family. This is so difficult.
Sophie is doing relatively well on the medication though. She does have good days and bad days, but so far, the good days outnumber the bad. I don’t want to think about the time when that is no longer the case, and I will only take things day by day.
Sorry for the lack of news. I know the editor will need rehab when she is released from the hospital, and it’s not known when she will be back. Therefore I can’t give an update on Descent of the Vile, but I hope for good news soon. Hopefully, the editor will make a full recovery, of course. She is a nice person, so regardless of my books’ status, I want her to recover.
